About Us
We believe that Consciousness is all there is and Natural Intelligence moves in and through it all. You don’t have to do anything other than show up with willingness and trust, and the universe takes care of the rest.
What we teach is how to come to this understanding, how to heal the traumas and step into the power of acceptance and presence, and to live joyfully in the knowing that everything is as it should be, and you don’t have to worry about any of it.
Justin’s Story
At age 16, I began seeking higher knowledge with my first book on ceremonial magic, sparking a deep interest in esotericism.
By 19, I had amassed a respectable personal library of occult texts, sensing a glimmer of truth within their pages even if I couldn’t yet grasp its full meaning. However, my life from 19 to 35 spiraled between avoiding discomfort, chasing fleeting goals, and repeatedly pulling myself out of slumps, only to slip back into them.
Most of my life was marked by suffering.
Growing up in trauma and chaos left me with nearly every limiting belief imaginable. For a long time, I didn’t want to be here, didn’t want to be me. I leaned into intoxicants of one form or another, leading to alcoholism, addiction, and an endless flight from pain and discomfort.
Then, one day, something within me whispered, “You don’t have to do this anymore.”
I was 35, facing a crossroads: death at the bottom of a bottle or the challenge of discovering how to truly live. I joined AA and began working the steps amidst the chaos of my mind. Therapy and SSRI medications helped me manage anxiety, but I felt called to explore coping without medication. Mindful pauses became my first anchor, opening the door to deeper inner work. Personal Power & Prosperity (P3) workshops taught me emotional regulation and self-mastery, setting the stage for a profound transformation.
Four years into sobriety, I rediscovered plant medicine from a perspective of healing and growth.
These experiences with plant medicine opened my awareness to the layers of the mind. Around the same time, a cancer diagnosis became a catalyst for deep introspection. My first breakthrough on DMT, just a weekend after my diagnosis, introduced me to new dimensions of awareness, which I later integrated through Eastern philosophy and yoga. This breakthrough led me to my first book on classical yoga, teaching me precepts that deepened my journey into mysticism and self-realization.
Driven by a desire to help others, I pursued a degree in health administration, followed by a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My studies reconnected me with eastern philosophy, leading me to explore the Vedas, Upanishads, and chanting practices.
These teachings guided me to Kriya Yoga, where I found a home in the lineage of Lahiri Mahasaya.
Under the guidance of my teacher, Forrest Knutson, I immersed myself in learning Kriya Yoga for over four years, culminating in my ordination as a yogacharya. For the past two years, I have been teaching and refining my methods, integrating the fundamentals of Kriya Yoga into my own practices.
Today, I embrace the mantra "feel it to heal it," sharpening my awareness within the body and mind.
I’ve learned to respond instead of react, take accountability, and live in acceptance. Life feels calm, my vision is clearer, and I move through each day with more ease and grace. No longer seeking happiness in external outcomes, I find joy in self-awareness and growth. Feeling has become my greatest teacher, guiding me on this ongoing journey of transformation.
Kelly’s Story
Kelly, like many of us, suffered a lot in life.
From narcissism, authoritarian parenting, and neglect these experiences fostered a host of crippling limiting beliefs. In her adult life, Kelly chose wellness over victimization and began chipping away at old wounds through talk therapy, and medication. After a lot of work with little result, Kelly began to explore alternatives to mental health.
She sought natural alternatives to medications and thus began taking control of her life, her healing, and reclaiming her power and joy.
Kelly has maintained a career in health, in one form or another, for her whole working life, from assisting at a veterinary at a young age to becoming a highly skilled and well respected RN, and has always held an instinctive call to help others heal. In recent years, Kelly's experiences with yogasana, meditation, and spirituality, have inspired a deep desire to help and empower others heal themselves.
Kelly has been by Justin's side along his yogic journey and education, and upon witnessing the efficacy of vibrational modalities such as singing bowls, tuning forks, crystals, and mantra. She was compelled to learn and practice the arts of using these modalities to enliven natural intelligence within the body/mind.
Kelly has developed her own set of guiding skills, including sound healing, mantra meditation guidance, and Pranic Healing.
Kelly is currently earning a BS in Ayurveda and Integrative Medicine, already beginning to integrate these teachings in her offerings.
Kelly is a radiant force of Divine Feminine, and a lighthouse of loving energy, helping guide wayward souls toward a life of blissfulness, joy, and abundance.
"Justin's guidance brought me out of a deep depression. It was like a curtain pulling back to reveal that nothing was even wrong. Nothing changed in my life. I just feel more blissful every day, thanks to the simple techniques and the beginner-friendly way in which he taught them."
